Having spent years sitting through corporate team-building events that felt forced, unengaging, and low-ROI, Marta and I knew there had to be a better way. We didn’t just want to offer a fun afternoon—we wanted to solve the classic ‘boring corporate event’ problem. Sitting at our kitchen table, we mapped out a mobile event engineered specifically to break people out of their routines and bring back pure, childlike nostalgia. We wanted to create a one of a kind solution that is inclusive, engaging, fun and delivers an actual ROI for our clients. Another factor we saw that needed solving is different personalities can really detract from these goals in most team building events. If you’ve ever organized a corporate activity, you’ve probably seen the ‘Alpha Effect’: a few dominant personalities take over the challenge while many others are more passive or don’t participate at all.
