Big Wheels, Kubb, and 120 Guests: Kamstrup’s huge international event activation
Big Wheel drifts, smooth concrete floors, and traditional Nordic lawn games! Take a look inside our recent 120-person corporate activation at Cobb Galleria for the Kamstrup team.
When Danielle from Kampstrup contacted us in December of 2025 requesting a proposal for a huge event for a group of over 120 US and international employees, we knew we had our work cut out for us. This event required quite a few elements we had never brought together before. A huge indoor venue to source, with space for our Big Wheel experience, and additional games, along with space for catering and a seated dinner.
Our go to for this event was Atlanta’s Cobb Galleria, where we have hosted several events, and the 34k sq ft events halls are the perfect size for this type of activation. The smooth concrete floors make Big Wheel drifting and power slides effortless!
The company had team members coming in from their headquarters in Denmark, so we knew this was the perfect opportunity to showcase our new add-on game “ Kubb ”, a Nordic/Scandinavian yard game that is not known well in the States, but is highly addictive and fun from the first time you play. We needed to work with an outside vendor to bring in faux turf for 3 Kubb courts, and the Danes took to the pitch right away.
Running Big Wheel races and relays, along with our exclusive quick challenge games kept the crowd engaged and active throughout the evening. Big Thank you to Danielle, Kampstrup, and the Cobb Galleria event staff for helping us bring this amazing event together!
